Privacy-First Design

Pronto is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your AI prompts and data are stored locally on your Mac. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.

1. Information We Don't Collect

Pronto is built with a privacy-first approach. We do not collect any of the following:

  • Personal information (names, email addresses, phone numbers)
  • AI prompts or content you create
  • Usage analytics or tracking data
  • Device information or system data
  • Location data
  • Crash reports or diagnostic data
  • Any other personal or identifying information

2. Local Data Storage

All data in Pronto is stored locally on your Mac using Apple's SwiftData framework. This includes:

  • Your AI prompts and templates
  • Categories and tags you create
  • Application preferences and settings
  • Search history and favorites

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to Atomic City Press or any third parties.

3. No Analytics or Tracking

Pronto does not include any analytics frameworks, tracking scripts, or telemetry systems. We do not monitor how you use the application or collect usage statistics.

4. No Network Connections

Pronto operates entirely offline and does not make any network connections. The application does not:

  • Connect to external servers
  • Send data over the internet
  • Check for updates automatically
  • Communicate with third-party services

5. Third-Party Services

Pronto does not integrate with or share data with any third-party services, including:

  • Cloud storage providers
  • Analytics services
  • Advertising networks
  • Social media platforms

6. Data Security

Your data security is ensured through:

  • Local storage using Apple's secure SwiftData framework
  • Standard macOS file system permissions
  • No transmission of data over networks
  • Application sandboxing as enforced by macOS

7. App Store Distribution

Pronto is distributed through the Mac App Store. Apple may collect information about app downloads and usage as part of their standard App Store analytics, but this information is not shared with Atomic City Press and does not include your personal data or app content.

8. Children's Privacy

Pronto does not collect any information from users of any age. The application is safe for use by children as no personal information is collected or transmitted.

9. Data Portability

Since all your data is stored locally on your Mac, you maintain complete control over it. You can:

  • Export your prompts using Pronto's built-in export features
  • Back up your data using standard Mac backup solutions
  • Delete the application and all associated data at any time

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. However, given our privacy-first design, any changes are likely to further strengthen privacy protections rather than reduce them.

12. Compliance

This privacy policy complies with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy regulations. Since we don't collect any personal information, most data protection requirements do not apply to our service.
